Water quality testing
Water quality testing is important to asses the suitability of the water being used in the home to determine if it is physically, and chemically okay for certain uses. Depending on the location, age & materials of water supply lines you may opt for specific tests. All water testing includes a well flow test (The standard amount of water that should be produced from a house faucet is 5 gallons per minute. This ensures that home occupants will have a steady supply of water as needed on a daily basis.)

Radon Testing
Radon is a radioactive gas that has no smell, color or taste. Radon is produced from the natural radioactive decay of uranium, which is found in all rocks and soils. Radon can also be found in water. Radon escapes from the ground into the air, where it decays and produces further radioactive particles. It is important to test in homes to ensure there is not a high level of radon present that is considered unsafe by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency standards. It is encouraged that homeowners & perspective homeowners test the level of radon in the home.
Standard Home Inspection
Inspector will evaluate the exterior & interior of the home. Using a drone to observe the roofing system, checking exterior walls (siding, any penetration points into the home such as vents, electrical & water service connections, windows & doors), exterior grounds (porches & decks, garages & carports, foundation, grade of slope). Diligently checking the attic, interior rooms, electrical outlets & panels, water sources (toilets, tub's & faucets), kitchen, basements & crawl spaces, heating & cooling systems.
